*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Flight Instructor to join our team. Responsibilities

•Conduct flight training sessions in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and established curriculum.

•Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.

•Provide thorough ground instruction in classroom settings, covering topics such as airframe systems, aircraft maintenance, and navigation.

•Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.

•Maintain accurate records of student progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

•Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

•Utilize public speaking skills to effectively communicate complex aviation concepts clearly and understandably.

•Support students in their practical flight training, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

•*Qualifications*

•Valid Flight Instructor Certificate with appropriate ratings.

•Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and aviation safety standards.

•Experience working with students in an educational or training capacity is highly desirable.

•Ability to develop curriculum that meets educational standards and student needs.

•Proficiency in aircraft maintenance principles is a plus.

•Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse student populations.

•Excellent public speaking skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

•Previous military experience or familiarity with militarized training environments is beneficial but not required.
