Job description
*About the Role*
We’re looking for an experienced pilot to fly our Gulfstream G550. This role is all about making sure flights are safe, smooth, and on time—whether we’re flying across the country or overseas. You’ll handle planning, inspections, and coordination with maintenance, while keeping passenger comfort and confidentiality top of mind.
*What You’ll Do*
•Fly the Gulfstream G550 safely and within FAA and manufacturer rules.
•Plan flights: weather checks, routing, fuel needs.
•Make sure passengers are safe and comfortable.
•Do pre- and post-flight inspections and paperwork.
•Stay current on regulations and technical requirements.
•Work with maintenance teams to keep the aircraft in top shape.
•Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
•*What We’re Looking For*
•FAA certificate with G550 Type Rating.
•5,000+ total flight hours, including at least 500 in a G550 or similar.
•Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.
•Strong knowledge of FAA and international flight rules.
•Solid communication and decision-making skills.
•Dependable, discreet, and professional.
•*Bonus Points*
•Experience flying in a corporate setting.
•Familiar with FBOs and private aviation operations.
•Comfortable using aviation software and tools.
