The Opportunity
Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Flight Instructor (part-time) to join our team. The Flight Instructor (part-time) will provide theoretical and practical instruction to pilots, track training progress and maintain safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Conducting flight training sessions in both aircraft and simulators. Developing individualized flight training programs based on pilot needs. Instruct pilots on aviation theory, and navigation. Ensure pilots adhere to safety procedures during flight operations. Maintain accurate records of training progress and training activities. Conduct pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings. Conduct flight reviews and proficiency checks for licensed pilots. Assist in the development and updating of training materials and curricula. Stay current with aviation regulations, technology, and best practices. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft are in good working order. Manage scheduling and administrative tasks associated with flight training.
Qualifications
